Accurate Home Inspection

Recently had the inspector from Accurate Home Inspection complete an inspection of our future property, the inspector was very nice and on-time, through, highly professional and knowledgeable.
I would recommend Accurate Home Inspection to anyone needed a detailed home inspection.

I had located Accurate Home Inspections via google. The home we were looking to purchase was a GeoThermal and many were unfamiliar with this, but our inspectors were extremely professional and knowledgeable about the specific home and it's unique characteristics.
More importantly, I loved that they were extremely detailed, took the time to explain things to us as future home owners so we knew exactly what we were getting into and they were HONEST about their findings (regardless whether the news was good or bad, they made sure we were fully aware of everything)

I would highly recommend this company to EVERYONE I come across that is looking for this service. 100% in my favor. Even though this specific purchase fell thru, we will most definitely be contacting them for all future home inspections.

I was recommended Accurate Home Inspections by my realtor, for the inspection of our newly purchased home. The inspector was prompt and professional, provided a detailed report including pictures and answered all questions that we had about the place, along with being available for future questions should we have them. The inspector was thorough and went through all aspects including plumbing, electrical, thermal. The inspector also spotted several issues including the garage door not coming down properly, which can cause a safety concern, and explained how best to solution these issues. There were no major problems found with the house, but the great attention to detail on the smaller issues is why we are rating highly.

The inspector also provided us with tips on how to improve energy savings inside the place. We would highly recommend.

The inspector was very professional and personable. They were very helpful in answering all of our questions. We were most appreciative of the time the inspector took to be thorough, and the quick turn around to receive the report (later the same day). We especially liked the personal touch of providing an organizational folder for all our home repair documentation. Would definitely recommend this company!

They completed the inspection well within the necessary time frame. We were very pleased with the detailed report that was presented to us at the end of the inspection. Prompt response to inspection request, clear and precise description of scope. Timely arrival for the inspection. Did a great job on inside and outside requirements. Inspection done on the roof was excellent.
