I had located Accurate Home Inspections via google. The home we were looking to purchase was a GeoThermal and many were unfamiliar with this, but our inspectors were extremely professional and knowledgeable about the specific home and it's unique characteristics.
More importantly, I loved that they were extremely detailed, took the time to explain things to us as future home owners so we knew exactly what we were getting into and they were HONEST about their findings (regardless whether the news was good or bad, they made sure we were fully aware of everything)
I would highly recommend this company to EVERYONE I come across that is looking for this service. 100% in my favor. Even though this specific purchase fell thru, we will most definitely be contacting them for all future home inspections.
