I was recommended Accurate Home Inspections by my realtor, for the inspection of our newly purchased home. The inspector was prompt and professional, provided a detailed report including pictures and answered all questions that we had about the place, along with being available for future questions should we have them. The inspector was thorough and went through all aspects including plumbing, electrical, thermal. The inspector also spotted several issues including the garage door not coming down properly, which can cause a safety concern, and explained how best to solution these issues. There were no major problems found with the house, but the great attention to detail on the smaller issues is why we are rating highly. The inspector also provided us with tips on how to improve energy savings inside the place. We would highly recommend.
