Nima came within a day of providing a quote, in a time that was convenient to us, and completed the installation very professionally.
After few days we have asked Nima to do some modifications in the installation to have the humidifier running only on the furnace actual heat cycle (as we have an HRV that activates the furnace fan continuously) and Nima was very responsive and made the modification as requested free of charge.
Excellent experience.
