We provided the surveillance hardware kit. Vlad was responsive for the initial quote request, answered all my questions with patience, and was available within a reasonable time. Vlad and Igor came on the agreed upon time, work meticulously all day without cutting corners, verified everything is working, and cleaned after themselves. Nima came within a day of providing a quote, in a time that was convenient to us, and completed the installation very professionally. After few days we have asked Nima to do some modifications in the installation to have the humidifier running only on the furnace actual heat cycle (as we have an HRV that activates the furnace fan continuously) and Nima was very responsive and made the modification as requested free of charge. Excellent experience.
