We had two guys who came in to replace the 3 windows. It only took them 5 hours to do the job. They work hard and they did not waste any time. They did a very good job for interior finish. They were very polite and respectful towards the house. It was clean after they finished.

I found everyone to be highly professional, punctual, efficient and a pleasure to deal with. I really appreciated their attention to detail and their mandate to leave things spotless after the job was done.

It started with the wonderful Sales Rep - Adam, who was very knowlegeable & patient while guiding me through the selection process as to the best window product within my budget, for my home.
The Installation Crew did a very thorough job installing the windows and ensuring everything was cleaned up afterwards.
A small repair/warranty issue was handled quickly and professionally by the MAXgreen team.

From the initial call to the actual replacement all people we dealt with were absolutely friendly and patient. All our questions were answered thoroughly. The actual replacement was done by a great team which was on time, fast, absolutely friendly and the work they did was just awesome. The only downside was that you have to be able to read drawings. When we made the decision on which window to place in which room we could not talk it through in person because we submitted the contract on line. There was no one to talk to to correct any mistake. So we made a wrong decision, convinced we had it right. In our case it was not such a big deal. But for this reason you get 9 out of 10 stars.

We had a set of sliding patio doors, our front door, bay window and kitchen window replaced with MAXgreen and I would definitely work with them again. We chatted with three window companies before deciding on MAXgreen and they seemed to have the best balance of quality, service and pricing. And when a part was missing for our patio sliders, MAXgreen was very efficient in getting the right part and two people to come out to make sure everything was installed properly.

We replaced all our windows in 2 projects - in 2009 and 2012. Adam quoted and coordinated; and Matt installed. We were very happy with the entire installation. Both of them were prompt, responsive to our needs and professional. The installation went smoothly and Adam resolved all the loose ends - like arranging for Gienow to come out to adjust the crank and deliver the missing screen.

This is the second time we have used MaxGreen; same excellent team. This time it was for a stainable Ply Gem Fiberglass Entry door; last time it was for a Duxton fiberglass window and sliding fiberglass patio door with which we have been extremely pleased. With the exception of two issues the installation went well and was very well done. The mortise work on the door could not have been done better - it was perfect. All necessary time was spent getting the door reveal the same all around the door.
One issue was the delay in getting the door stained in a timely manner. The contractor used did a good job but was slow which resulted in me indicating I would prefer to paint the inside of the door frame myself in the spring when the weather warmed up sufficiently notwithstanding they said they would be happy to paint it. I was given a credit for this. Several of our friends indicated they thought it was a wooden door even though they were told it was fiberglass; a convincing stain job.
The other issue was the fact that the peephole was off center just enough to be annoying. I didn't pick up on this until after the door was installed. Next time I would skip the peephole or specify that it must be centered precisely and measure it before staining.
Another item of interest relates to the BoltBuddy. We were assured several times by Parry Bros. that it could be installed on a fiberglass door. However, when they arrived we were told there was a 60% chance that the door would split and the risk was ours. Not surprisingly we did not have it installed.
We will continue to replace our windows with fiberglass ones and we anticipate using MaxGreen again.

MaxGreen was referred to us, and they did not disappoint. They removed our living room bow window and also our bedroom window and replaced them with new windows. Everything works perfectly and they did it with very little mess. They did all of this in a timely, professional way. We're very pleased with the new windows and seeing a definite difference in the warmth in those rooms due to the new windows.

We started looking for a contractor to enlarge a basement window last year. I started on the internet and then made phone contact with some. Adam impressed me most with his thoroughness in explaining everything that would be involved in the project.
After considering all, it was a hands-down decision. We hired MaxGreen, and glad we did. To begin the job, they had Permit Masters come in and take care of the city permits. We were relieved that they took care of even the city permits for us, as quite a few of the other companies wanted us to get the permits ourselves.
When Andrew arrived to install the window, I was impressed again with his professionalism and with the job done, we can say for certain we got a lot more than we paid for. We now have a legal bedroom with a nice looking casement window that will keep the elements outside where they belong. Thanks Adam and Andrew. Great job!

We began by searching the internet for window replacement companies and this is how we found MAXgreen. After reading such positive customer reviews we decided to get a quote on our patio door and one window. We were pleased with the pricing and decided to get one more comparison quote but MAXgreen was more than competitive; for this reason we brought Garry back for an additional quote of 3 more windows. Garry, Andrew, Matt and Matt were extremely professional and courteous and very patient with their new foreman - our 7 year old son! The work was done in a timely fashion and we couldn't be more pleased with the aesthetics - they look stunning! When we are ready to have the remaining windows replaced there will be only one call made - to MAXgreen.
