This was the second time we used MAXgreen to replace a window and door in our old bungalow. The consultation process with Jay was prompt, knowledgeable, friendly and always responsive. Fitting the new into the old was finicky work and it took the crew longer then expected. Throughout the whole process Bryce and his team were and stayed very friendly, thorough and cleaned up after the work was done. I highly recommend this company!

My initial phone call was met by a friendly very knowledgeable sales rep who was patient enough to listen to my situation. I booked an appointment for 2 weeks later. This appointment was moved to a little earlier time via an follow up phone call and was confirmed by email immediately. When the very friendly technician came he was willing to reuse parts of my former screen setting which reduced the bill to half what I expected to pay. Super company with knowledgeable and really good people.

The communication with the office ahead of the installment was clear and delightflul. Ryan from Suite Outdoors was on time and installed both the new screendoor and the replacement mesh despite rain on the spot. Both items work perfectly. I highly recommend this company.

In the process of buying a house we needed a quote to figure out possible repair costs. Eric came within a few hours and took his time to inspect the house very thoroughly, pointing out issues the home inspector missed. We had the quote next day. Everything done for free so far in a very respectful and knowledgeable way. Once we had the house we asked Eric to send his crews in for repairs. They worked on the roof, the windows, the eaves troughs and deck, Eric inspected the work once it was done and did not shy away from letting a trade come back to finish up a job in a better way. Everything was done in a day with no interruption to our life. The crews cleaned up after themselves and were all very friendly. Communication with Eric was always easy and timely.

After having read many reviews about roofing companies on this web side we decided to call three companies to get an estimate done. Sokol from National Star Roofing was the only one interested enough to respond right away and even offered to come the same day. When he came he listened carefully to our wishes and needs. He took his time to inspect the roof and provided a fair estimate, all the time being incredible friendly and professional. Three days later the work was done. A very professional, hard working and awesome friendly crew managed to leave our property as if nothing had happened. Every nail, garbage or cigarette stump was picked up. I could not believe my eyes as this had never happened before whenever we hired someone for renovations. This is the best company we ever dealt with. Thanks to all who worked at our house!

From the initial call to the actual replacement all people we dealt with were absolutely friendly and patient. All our questions were answered thoroughly. The actual replacement was done by a great team which was on time, fast, absolutely friendly and the work they did was just awesome. The only downside was that you have to be able to read drawings. When we made the decision on which window to place in which room we could not talk it through in person because we submitted the contract on line. There was no one to talk to to correct any mistake. So we made a wrong decision, convinced we had it right. In our case it was not such a big deal. But for this reason you get 9 out of 10 stars.
