Customer support might take a week to get resolved...since you are typically sent to voicemail.
Installations can be done by yourself, but why pay for the middle man, like Batthika? They do not have all the best hardware out there either.
The only good thing is that the security company that does work with you is Securtek (Canadian owned and very good). Try to find someone else who works with Securtek.
