This company was on the ball when we were trying to decide which company to go for to do our roofing job. Once we made the deposit they were hard to get a hold of and when they finally came out we were not given any notice. Overall the work was fine for the cost, but the preliminary work left lots to be desired.

Hi Andy, thanks so much for your review! I'd just like to clarify one thing, we never ask for a deposit on any of our jobs. Payment is only due upon completion of work. If you had more than one service done with us, then we may have asked for payment for the work that was completed, but we do not take deposits for work that has not been done. I do apologize that you were not given notice when the work was going to commence. Normally our project manager calls when the materials are going to be delivered, and then the crew boss calls the day before they will be working. I will follow up with them for sure.
