Our main goals in upgrading the 10 Windows and Patio Door in our house, were to save energy, improve our lifestyle, and increase the value of our home. When we decided that we'd need new Windows we determined that our process for buying them would be to get three quotes and evaluate each on merit. Price was a factor - but not the only factor - we did not want to be unhappy with our choice in a few years either.

We also did a lot of online research - meaning reviewing both Homestars and Google Reviews - but also we reviewed DIY websites to try and determine what goes into a quality window and what are the features we should be looking for. After getting the three quotes, and participating in the three presentations, we both felt that Magic Windows Innovations (yes - you need to search with the added word, "innovations" in Homestars to find it!) was the right choice for us - not too expensive (we had quotes that were 50% higher!) but with quality that will last.

Once our decision was made, we got in touch with Michele who was very helpful in providing advice and support both before making our decision and all the way through the process of getting the Windows installed. Michele had set our expectations during the original presentation, it would be around 4-6 weeks before the Windows were manufactured and ready to be installed. It was 4 weeks.

The two installers were very nice people and kept things very clean over the two days they were on site. They also went over the installation and use of the windows once the installation was complete. I am also impressed that Michele is coming over for a follow-up appointment to ensure that we are happy with our new Windows.

Now to the Windows themselves - One thing we noticed immediately, was how much quieter it is inside the house when the Windows are closed - we live near a main thoroughfare where trucks and loud cars often "used to" disturb our peace and quiet. It is now mostly silent - great for my work from home days too!

The wood framing around the Windows is so nice, we are still trying to decide whether or not to put our Sheers back up and cover them up! My daughter said the room looks new! The hideaway screens take a little getting used to - but once you do - it is great not to have screens there at this time of year (Autumn/Winter) - with the quality of the Window glass itself and the fact that there's no screen to blur the view, it's kind of like having a "High Definition" view outside in comparison to our old Windows. We're also happy not to have big wide vinyl frames in the middle of our Windows - the stainless steel inside the vinyl makes the Window strong enough to allow smaller width vinyl surrounding each Window.

The sliding door is nice as well with no screen in front and the lock allowing the door to be a crack open but still locked will serve a good purpose in the Spring and Summer .

Overall, our experience was - in a word - "seamless". We're very happy with our Windows so far. Nice work Magic Windows Innovations.

Work was done quickly and the right way.
My home is a lot quieter with the Innovation of magic Windows. I had a lot of problems with heating my home as well as with Windows fogging up during the summer and winter months. Now my Windows performs the way they should with the home’s built in humidifier. By the way I got to meet the owner of the company Saul, he came and inspected the work and he was very pleasant and easy to talk to. Bravo!

This is a well organized company. First step - taking the mesurements in place, arrived few days after placing the order. Per schedule, few weeks later a two-guys team arrived and installed the new window in less than 1 hour. They left with the old window after perfectly cleaning the place.

From our initial meeting with Magic Window, through to the installation of our Magic Windows. Our entire experience was exceptional! Their sales staff were well informed and able to educate us on how a Magic Window is engineered to out perform windows manufactured by their competitors. Explaining how the mechanical ingenuity within their product enables them to provide a warranty well beyond their competitors.

Before our purchase, we were encouraged to visit their manufacturing centre, where again their well informed staff were able to demonstrate the multitude of options available to us and why their product separate them from their competitors.
Upon delivery and installation of our window, the Magic Window technicians was polite, forthcoming and a pleasure to deal with. They provided exceptional service and exceeding our expectations regarding timeliness, cleanliness and the quality of the finished product.

Being unfamiliar with their product, we were hesitant and only replaced a few windows. However, after this experience, Magic Window Innovations has certainly earned trust and we will be completing a full order with them in the near future.

This was a great experience highly recommend this product way better than any other windows we looked at. Price was beyond reasonable. From first contact to them completing and pulling out of the drive it was a great experience

We decided to work with Magic Window when creating a window wall in our dining room. Michele was easy to work with, very professional and responsive to questions.
The installation was efficient and friendly. When faced with a few issues they were quick to come up with solutions on the spot.
The screens and solar screen work well and it a great option to have.
