Andrew was very thorough in providing me a home inspection for a home I bought in Richmond Hill. He spent time to investigate the entire home from the basement to the attic, roofing, insulation, etc. He provided a detailed written report which has helped me determine what work was required for the home I purchased.

We had Andy do the home inspection for our first home. From the moment he walked in and introduced himself, I found him to be very pleasant, which made the process quite enjoyable. He was thorough and knowledgeable, stopping to point certain things out to us and willing to share tips on how to give our home longevity. He made every effort to access and assess all the areas of the home, even those that weren’t easily accessible, going above and beyond, removing shelves to get into the attic space and leaning his ladder against the side of a structure in order to properly view the roof. He was considerate enough to offer to return at a later date to check the heating once the weather changed. He was a pleasure to work with and we were very pleased with his services.
