Andy inspected my house in winter, and went up to the roof on a windy day and knocked the snow off to look at the shingles.

Andy is the most passionate inspector you can find. He inspected a 7-Plex property for me and he was on site for 7-8 hours. His report is not cookie cutter using a software but hand typed in a word document. I'd engage Andy again on future purchases.

I have worked with Andrew on a couple purchases. Andrew walks through the entire property, walks the entire attic, professional and pays attention to detail. He advises what needs to be done in thorough fashion. On my first purchase, Andrew noticed that the gas fireplace as burning too hot and it was heating the drywall that surrounded it - which led to the seller repairing before closing.
As well, Andrew has been kind enough to offer advice on potential homes - especially when it comes to century homes he has provided guidance in advance very helpful especially during 2020/21 when there were bidding wars on properties without pre- inspections provided.

I wanted to share the best thing Andrew did for us was point out issues and poor workmanship that went unnoticed or disregarded by our insurance contractor for example, large crack in mortar where downspout damaged, and roof repaired incorrectly by insurance contractor roofers - which we have now had validated by a roofing company. Andrew has saved us from some future headaches by being proactive to identify many issues and validating concerns with workmanship.
