When I decided to put an offer in on a century home built in the 1890s I knew I needed to bring in a specialist who is very experienced, thorough and honest. Andy is those things and the best at what he does because he has a deep passion for it, which fuels a strong commitment to protecting and informing buyers. I learned so much from Andy and I will continue to benefit from that. Plus, he made the experience an adventure!

Andy is the man! This is the second time we have had Andy come out to complete an inspection when we have purchased a new home. Hes professional, thorough, knowledgeable and very personable. We absolutely recommend him for any home inspection!

Our real estate lined up our home inspection with Andrew and were so glad she did. Andrew was incredibly friendly, and in the inspection incredibly thorough. He climbed into our roof attic space and all the other crawl spaces. His level of expertise was so appreciated. And he also spoke about how he is a rarity in the industry because hes honest and without alterior motives. His purpose is to serve the home buyer and make sure they know exactly what they are getting into. He also offered to share any trades that he felt were quality and reasonably price which I really appreciated. Highly highly recommend him!

It's Andrew or nobody! He's the only home inspector we trust. He is exceptionally knowledgeable and goes above and beyond to inspect every aspect of the home. He doesn't leave a stone unturned. He will literally cram himself into a tiny opening to get up into the attic for a thorough inspection. He explains all issues with the home and how they can be fixed. He answers any questions we have and has become a valuable resource for us. On top of that, he's responsive, patient and an absolute joy to work with.

Andy if by for the most thorough and honest house inspector I've come across. He will ensure he finds everything visibly possible and spends the time to ensure you know what your getting into when purchasing your home! As a contractor myself he even shocked me with all the things he thought of and his report was so detailed and thorough. I will definitely be using him again in the future!!

Andy inspected my house in winter, and went up to the roof on a windy day and knocked the snow off to look at the shingles.

Andy is the most passionate inspector you can find. He inspected a 7-Plex property for me and he was on site for 7-8 hours. His report is not cookie cutter using a software but hand typed in a word document. I'd engage Andy again on future purchases.

I have worked with Andrew on a couple purchases. Andrew walks through the entire property, walks the entire attic, professional and pays attention to detail. He advises what needs to be done in thorough fashion. On my first purchase, Andrew noticed that the gas fireplace as burning too hot and it was heating the drywall that surrounded it - which led to the seller repairing before closing.
As well, Andrew has been kind enough to offer advice on potential homes - especially when it comes to century homes he has provided guidance in advance very helpful especially during 2020/21 when there were bidding wars on properties without pre- inspections provided.
