Used Andy for our home inspection and he was extremely thorough. Examined every bit of the house in detail. If he was unable to thoroughly inspect something he would bring in an expert who could. On top of the inspection, he was able to manage projects at the new home to get them done correctly and at a great price. Would highly recommend.
