I knew P & P was the company we were going to pick as soon as Natanael came by to give the estimate. It was obvious he cared about making sure that we were going to make the best use of our space for our family. This was the first renovation we've ever done and we were pretty stressed out about picking the right company. We contacted 4 other companies, some with 9 and 10 ratings here, and they either spent 5 minutes with us or didn't even send us the estimate they promised. Nathy spent about 30 minutes on the estimate and sent all the details when he said he would.

Natanael, Mauricio and the rest of the crew were respectful and helpful when it came to making decisions on the fly, hard working and clean! Our basement looks fantastic and it's the little things that set these guys apart for me. They sealed the entry to the basement so the rest of the house wouldn't get dusty and you can see the pride they take in their work by looking at the details like how perfect the trim is and how they helped us maximize the space with where to put doors to maximize wall space and how to best incorporate the pillars.

My wife was home during the renovation for most days and didn't feel like it was disruptive at all, they covered the pathway to our basement in cardboard so our upstairs flooring wouldn't get dirty and even chased after our cat when it would sneak out while they were bringing stuff in.

Natanael and Mauricio are very experienced and knowledgeable about many different aspects of home renovation. This was evident in the quality of their work, the very useful advice they gave on many things, and even in the people they chose to work with to get the job done. There were no surprises budget-wise, and a surprise timing-wise was that they were able to complete the work almost 2 weeks ahead of schedule to accommodate our move-in date, saving us grief and expense of moving twice. Natanael clearly values customer satisfaction as he was always happy to accommodate, and even after final payment, promptly came back to address minor issues that were not detectable until we moved in. I never had to worry about subcontractors, or any details about the project - only tell Natanael or Mauricio what I wanted (only needed to be said once), and they made it happen. My husband is not easy to impress, and even his expectations were exceeded. Great job, Natanael and crew - you deserve every compliment on this site, and we will definitely recommend you to anyone who asks.

We have asked for 6 quotes on our project. We were very impressed by the P&P Reno's portfolios and their detail quotation breakdown. Their price is not the highest and within our budget. Their team are really professional, polite and efficient. They cleaned up everyday. Some of Natanael's are very constructive and helpful. A few compliments from our neighbours / friends and asked us for the reference. We will definitely recommend P&P Renovations to our friends and neighbours. We hired Natanel and his crew for our 2 floor home renovations. They impressed from the beginning with a very thorough project outline and reasonable prices. In a 10 week period the crew gutted our old house and renovated 2 floors. They also designed and installed our new kitchen, redid our bathroom and powder room, and installed a new staircase. We were impressed with their work ethic, their dependability,and reliability and their good sense of humour. The crew stayed on budget and always informed us of the fees when we requested additions to our workplans. When the project was running late the team put in many long days to finish by our requested timeline. We are very happy with the work done and gratefull for a smooth renovation. Nataniel and team stayed on budget and on track. Their estimate was the most thorough I recieved and even when changes needed to be made, budget was intact. His whole team was exceptionally professional but special mention to Yovani who was here through the whole process, and who's friendly demeanor never made us feel like we had a stranger in the house. His pride in his work, and his solid advice made us sure we had picked a winning team. The basement is incredible and started as a barely workable just dug out concrete space. We will recommend them to anyone and will be re hiring them for our future renovations....job well done!

A year ago we had Nathaniel renovate our basement rec room and install a new staircase. The staircase replacement was his suggestion in order to improve the whole space, as well as for safety reasons. A year later and we absolutely love the basement, and the quality of work speaks for itself. It has become one of our favourite places in the house. I would highly recommend P&P for their quality of work, their efficiency, and Nathaniel's vision in suggesting things that will make the space beautiful.
This review is a year late, but often the job looks great at first, but you run into issues later on. This is not the case with P&P. The quality stands the test of time. Without question, we will be using Nathaniel for future projects.

We hired P&P to work on our main bathroom and powder room renovations. We are very pleased with their work. Nathaniel Jr. and his crew were great to work with. And we will definitely hire them again for other home projects in the future.

Nathaniel JR was the lead for my project which included a new powder room, second floor bathroom gut and a new closet under the stairs. Being our first major renovation with a contractor we were a little scared to give the control to someone else. We received 7 quotes and went with P&P for many reasons including: they use modern materials like spray foam insulation and Kerdi & Ditra, were priced fairly, gave a very professional quote, a professional was used for each trade and we felt very conformable with Nathaniel.
I can’t say enough good things about Nathaniel and his team. They showed up at or before 8am, left late and cleaned up daily to minimize the impact on our day to day life. Nathaniel made some great suggestions for the design and kept us informed every step along the way. They finished on schedule / on budget and we are more than happy with the final outcome. We will definitely be calling Nathaniel for all our future renovations.

Natanael and his team did an excellent job installing new hardwood flooring, treads on the stairs, a new banister, new baseboards and new doors throughout our house. They also primed and painted all the rooms. Each job was completed by a professional and experienced specialist. Each expert took great pride in their part of our project. The jobs were well coordinated and the entire project was completed ahead of schedule. I rave about Natanael to all my friends and family that are looking for any type of home renovation. The advice we received was always professional, within our budget, and with our family’s best interests in mind. When I added small changes to the original project Natanael was flexible, understanding, and took care of every detail. Camillo painted our entire house, ceilings included. He researched the proper primer to use because our home smelled of cigarette smoke, which took care of the smell and the staining on the ceilings. Camillo was very receptive to feedback and treated my home like it was his own. He showed great pride in his work.
Overall we are thrilled with the work the team completed. Their price was fair and competitive. The detailed job quote I received before the project began was referred to throughout the job, any extra requests were quoted on site.

We hired P&P Renovations to do a complete remodel of the main floor and top floor or our home and we’re so glad that we did. They did an excellent job and we are so impressed by their craftsmanship and professionalism. From mid-June to mid-August 2012 Nataneal and his crew essentially gutted our house and redid it from top to bottom. They re-wired the electrical and replaced the plumbing throughout the entire house. They re-laid the subflooring and fixed joists to ensure that the house was sound and secure. They removed walls to create an open plan on the main floor and to enlarge the bathroom and bedrooms upstairs. They installed a brand new kitchen and brand new bathroom. They constructed a new laundry area. They put in new ceilings and pot-lights. They laid hardwood throughout both levels of the house and replaced the staircase to match the new flooring. They replaced all doors including the front door and some windows. They organized for new ducting and returns to be installed throughout the house and had a new furnace and air conditioner installed. They installed all of our new appliances. They painted the entire inside of the house.
Nataneal and his crew went above and beyond to see the job done to our liking and to provide assistance wherever possible. We were given expert advice at all times. Often they thought about, and would suggest things, that would make our home more beautiful or functional which we had never even considered even though this meant more work for them to do at no extra charge to us. Nataneal and his crew took their work very seriously to the point of being true perfectionists which allowed for a great deal of peace of mind on our end—something which is often rare when renovating. They were always available to discuss our ideas or to answer any questions that we had. Each and every member of the crew: the builders, electrician, plumber, HVAC installer, painter, etc., and especially Nataneal himself were engaging people who clearly took pride in their work, and were genuinely interested in providing us with quality service.
We interviewed a number of contractors prior to going with P&P and we decided on P&P for several reasons. They had received excellent reviews, and were eager for us to see some of the work that they had done. In fact Nataneal invited us into his own home to see his bathrooms and kitchen to give us an idea of what could be done in our home. We were also impressed by their fair prices and their homeowner-friendly payment schedule. They set a deadline that allowed for the house to be finished promptly (even given the degree of work that needed to be done). They stuck to that deadline and never made us worry that things would run beyond the agreed upon move-in date. We did not know at the time we employed P&P, but we were delighted to discover, that Nataneal has connections with a vast array of businesses. We were able to source our hardwood floors, quartz countertops, tiling, and much more, through connections of his for prices that it would be impossible for us to have found on our own.
A year from now we intend to underpin our basement and completely re-do the basement level of our house complete with a large bathroom. We will definitely be getting P&P to do this work for us, and indeed we will be getting them to do any home renovations that we require in the future. You will not regret hiring P&P to do work on your home, and we cannot recommend them highly enough.
