Not every job runs 100% smooth, so when problems do pop up, we make sure we get them rectified, so I appreciate your patience but glad that we were able to get everything rectified within a short time. For those reading this, there was a problem with a blockage in the dryer exhaust that our technicians forgot to clean out, and when they tried using the dryer, no air was exhausting. So we got everything cleaned out and all is working properly.
