Waterproofing of basement foundation for a brand new addition
We moved into a house that had been renovated and had an addition built by a well-known builder that has worked on many homes in Olde Oakville. Because of their shoddy work not constructing the foundation, barrier and weeping tile to code, we had water leaking into our basement where the old foundation met the new in both the front and back of the house.
We called MMT to investigate the problem and provide us with a quote. Just the amount of time they took to try and identify the root cause of the problem impressed us enough and we hired them after a reasonable quote and excellent reviews. They did not disappoint. The crew worked so hard to remedy the problem, and always checked with us before they had to do anything differently. They also helped us confirm that the builder did not follow building code during construction, which we were able to capture with some photos. MMT did an excellent job, and we would trust them again to work on our home.
