We had our closet installed by Scot Pritchard in Burlington-Oakville. In the end, he did excellent work and we are very happy with the finished product. We live in an older home where walls and ceilings aren't perfect, and he spent a lot of extra time making sure everything fit perfectly. Where Kwik Kloset loses points is Scott's overall attitude while completing the job and his level of customer service. He was very moody overall while in our home and sometimes wouldn't show up on a day he was scheduled to come and work. We would call him and he never picks up his phone, and emails are returned weeks afterward. He had to come order an extra piece for our closet and that took a couple of months for him to return. Although we're happy with the finished product, we're not sure it was worth the agony.
