Chris was able to diagnose the area affected, remove the toilet, unblock, place toilet back on and clean up in just under an hour. He was very friendly and informative in regards to how to maintain clear pipes and I couldn’t be happier with the service.

Our toilets had kept clogging since we moved into our home, and the problem had been getting worse and worse.... and one day my wife had enough - she said we start looking for a new home - of fix this plumbing now!

So - I went looking for a reputable plumber. I'd used this company before and had mediocre service, not bad, not good.... totally average.

Honestly, I called around looking for a different company, but they either couldn't come, or didn't answer their phone.

I telephoned Mr Rooter - had a prompt answer - great service - polite, and totally understanding. I had a plumber at our place in less than 90 minutes...!!!

Chris our service guy new immediately what the problem was, and commenced a repair - unfortunately it was too far gone.... so we had to replace one toilet which was completed in no time.

We were so impressed, we actually have plans to invite the company back to replace our other toilets as our funds come in.

A pinhole leak in hot water pipe repaired about 2 hours after telephone call by Scott Huber who was very prompt, friendly, informative and professional

He seemed to do everything he could to execute the job as expeditiously as was possible, even trying methods over again that might ensure positive results without more cost. He was in contact with us during the operation and did exactly what we expected of him. We would definitely ask for Scott again on our next call.

They came out in the evening and couldn't reach the problem so came out the next morning with a different truck and fix the problem. Didn't charge anything for the first call.

I was very impressed and satisfied with the services provided. The customer service was superior from the moment I contacted the main office. I promptly received a call back from Kris who was able to give me guidance on what I could do regarding my leaking Water Tank before he came to my home to assess the situation. A new Water Tank was needed and Kris provided me with information necessary to purchase the proper Tank that would be appropriate for my needs as well as explaining the extended service plan, which I purchased; He was very professional, well-organized with his work and was very conscientious in keeping things neat and tidy I am quite pleased.
