Scott from Mr. Rooter was professional, knowledgeable and courteous. He seemed to do everything he could to execute the job as expeditiously as was possible, even trying methods over again that might ensure positive results without more cost. He was in contact with us during the operation and did exactly what we expected of him. We would definitely ask for Scott again on our next call.
