We wanted a very old non-functioning gas heater removed from attached garage.

Scheduling was easy, Sam showed up on time and assessed. Reviewed with me then got the work done the same day. He took care to keep our cat indoor, who kept trying to escape.

I met with Jayden on site regarding a call about a hot/cold water issue at a property I manage. Jayden quickly diagnosed a cartridge was required for the shower, had the part on hand, and made the replacement. Jayden displayed his industry knowledge while making the replacement, informing me that cartridges in the Edmonton area typically require replacement once every 10-15 years due to the hard water.

The Plumber that came out was very good, efficient, and made a great effort to explain everything he was finding so we could make an informed decision on what to have done. Would use again, and request that particular fellow to come back. No idea if the price was competitive, but seemed reasonable for the time spent, and work done.

I called Mr. Router and 30 minutes later Curtis arrived. He checked the situation, gave me three alternatives. I chose one. He left to pick up the parts and was back an hour later and completed the job. A very professional young man, tidied up when finished and we would recommend Curtis to anyone needing a plumber.
