The stove was out from the wall by about 10 inches. I got Mr. router to give me an estimate, come out and do the job the next day.

Problem with the toilet and once the technician got here it was only a few minutes before he was able to tell me the problem. Once I picked the option to go with, repairs went really fast

We had a problem in the basement bathroom of my mothers house in that there was a loud bang when shutting off the water. Called Mr. Rooter to have a look. We received a confirmation text in advance with a picture of the technician that would be coming to the house which was a nice touch. He arrived at the house at the time promised. Ryan was very professional, neat, courteous and thorough. He assessed the problem and took the time to explain what exactly was happening, and provided a couple of possible solutions to alleviate the water hammer problem. He was at the house for over an hour, but in the end only charged us the minimum fee. Called us later in the day to discuss two option prices that were emailed to us which we are now considering. The whole experience was very collaborative and overall a positive experience.

I was very happy with the repair service. I had bath tap leaking and kitchen tap leaking. Andrew did an amazing job, replaced, repaired. No leaks anymore for a fair price. Thank you so much Mr Rooter!!! I appreciate it!!
