We called Mr Rooter and they were o. Site within an hour. I called another company that took my info and they have still not called me back 1 week later.
The woman who took my call was very pleasant and professional. The young man who came out was very professional and took the time to answer all my questions. He was able to break through and scrub the lines which was made more difficult as he had to navigate 3 90 degree bends to reach the clog 20 down line. When he finished with that, he then went to our back flow preventer and sent the camera down to the main city sewer line to inspect the condition of our line. Before leaving, he cleaned up the work area. Then a couple days later I received a phone call from a company representative to ask if I was happy with the work performed. The answer of course was yes. I have already referred Mr. Rooter to someone and will continue to do so. John P

I called Mr Rooter to come out to fix or replace a running toilet. I was given a few options for both services, and went with a repair instead of a full replacement. The employee who came out was very friendly and helpful. I never felt rushed or pressured to make any decisions. While they were here I also asked about having a kitchen faucet replaced. Again, I was given multiple options in the price range I was comfortable with. The work was done quickly. And the employee was very patient with my very excited 6mo old puppies!!

I had a sewer back up in December 2022. We have a 100+ year old home with updated utility and plumbing inside but the services to the house are original. The team at Mr. Rooter were incredible. Dispatch was east and efficient. Tyler and his team came out, completed a video assessment and no obligation quote explaining all my options then we talked through what would work best for me since like everyone I was traveling for Christmas. We took a two step approach completing the first in December to limp me thru then scheduled in the second step for when I return. The major work was completed in January 2023. Tyler and his team arrived exactly when they said they would, did the work and exactly the amount of time they said it would take, and it cost precisely what I was quoted. Further, they were professional, polite, and cleaned up everything beautifully before they left. They also gave me all the evidence I needed because the issue is with the city owned portion of the external services. I have had the team in the house before for minor plumbing issues, this was our first major issue, and they were the first people I called. Hopefully, I dont need to make these kinds of calls again, but if I do, they will be the first people I call.

It was our first time using Mr. Rooter and it truly was 5 star service from beginning to end. Both ladies I spoke with on the phone were very pleasant and helpful. As for our plumber, we will absolutely never use anyone else! Jamie was amazing - friendly, personable, trustworthy, informative, knowledgeable and skilled! He truly went above and beyond in the service he provided.

Sewer drain was clogged and flooded the basement. Service came in so quick to help fix and explained to issue/ reason for the clog and how to avoid it. Super friendly and very knowledgeable.
