Mr. Rooter Plumbing of Edmonton

Called Mr. Rooter and they were able to get a plumber to my house within the hour. Anthony was respectful of our home and the current need for social distancing. He diagnosed the issue and explained our options. We opted for the more expensive choice as it would clean all of our drains and also has a 2 year warranty. He showed us the results after and we were thrilled, the sink and the bathtub had been draining slowly for years, now they are like new. Anthony left the bathroom very clean and we enjoyed having him in our home.

Josh is a very personable, competent, professional worker.
He was very informative about solutions to our problem with pipes in a very old house.
He did a great job.
Our pipe had burst while we were away from the house and so he also recommended the Moen App as a safety valve to not worrying about being able to shut our water off when we are away from the house.
I have highly recommended him and Mr. Rooter for any work that needs to be done efficiently and personably for any plumbing needs in their residence or home.

Master bathroom toilet would keep backing up and not drain on till I used plunger on it, then it would work good for a few flushes and back up again, and plunge again, this just kept repeating.

Then when I called Mr Rooter plumbing, and explained the problem to the service person, he decided to remove the toilet and run the scope or camera down the pipe where the toilet was removed and found the blockage in the first fitting or 90 elbow pointing down, removed the blockage with the scope and chased it down to the main line outside the house under the street, I got to watch this all happen on a iPad as he preformed the work.

The service person flushed the line out at the same time, and also explained what he was doing as it happened.
The company got someone out to the home to fix within hours, that same day.
The amount I was charged was very reasonable.
The service person cleaned things up good after each task done.
I was very impressed as I’m a picky person.
I would recommend this company anytime to anyone.

Phoned for appointment. Was told about $50 dispatch charge that w Aaron arrived at 830 in morning on time. Needed to replace 45 year old valve and pipe. Checked it out and quoted price. There was some problems replacing parts but rather then give up figured a different way to do it where some people would give up. Said it would not cost any more because they stick to their quotes. Talk about Integrity. As he was doing that work he noticed drain pipes were leaking so he gave me a price and i had him do that as well. So glad that he noticed that rather then having to fix it later. One last thing I have never seen a person that likes his job so much and so pleasant with customers. Aaron thks very much

Highly professional, but personable. Our house is over 50 years old and the sewer line was beginning to deteriorate. I ordered a lining be put into our sewer, which is almost 80 feet. Glad to have it done before a more serious solution was required at a much higher cost. After camera put into line and saw for myself the sewer's condition it was obvious it should be looked after sooner than later. The guys showed up at the appointed time and finished installing the lining in the allotted time (about six hours). Chris and the installation crew did a great job without making a mess. Explanations given were clear and concise. Most importantly your staff built a trust level that helps a homeowner accept what needs to be done.

Intelligent and diligent work. The techicians were able to explain what they were doing and why. They were able and ready to troubleshoot when they encountered slight difficulties. They made sure the jobs were done right. They left the place very clean and caused no damage. They did not exceed the estimate.

Fantastic work done by Chris. Found a broken valve. Able to remove the blockage and valve to eliminate future blockages.

Aaron came promptly and completed the work in a timely and professional manner. I would definitely hire this company again.

Chris came exactly on time. Polite. Professional. Explained what he was going to do. Then he did it. Then he cleaned everything up. Left after that.

By the way, the young lady handling your phones is worth her weight in gold. Poised, calm and confident, she really adds to the experience of dealing with your company. Plus, she has a great voice!

Chis was amazing. He was curteous, explained all my options and possible outcomes. He cleaned up after himself. This was greatly appreciated as no one has ever done that before. Dispatch was also awesome and kept well informed of Chris’ arrival time
