Chris came exactly on time. Polite. Professional. Explained what he was going to do. Then he did it. Then he cleaned everything up. Left after that. By the way, the young lady handling your phones is worth her weight in gold. Poised, calm and confident, she really adds to the experience of dealing with your company. Plus, she has a great voice!

Owner and apprentice arrived within 2 hours of my call. Very professional and very courteous. Simple repairs, but I was not made to feel embarrassed. I would recommend his service to others, and I will personally use him again in the future.
