Mr. Rooter Plumbing of Edmonton

Of course main drain line failed at 10:30 at night, the only company who got back to me was Mr Rooter. Needed to authorize over $200 camera drain, had to pay insurance fee to snake drain. The guy who came out was terrible. He opened the root clog enough for the waste to drain, but couldn't remove all the roots, then presented me with $600 bill. Had to invoke warranty call. Second guy who came was an actual journeyman plumber. He complained about this being not a journeyman plumbers job, and wasn't told by the company that this was a warranty job. But the guy worked hard to clear the roots he could out, and ran the camera through the drain to show the job. Expensive !!!
