Mr. Rooter Plumbing of Edmonton

We had a problem in the basement bathroom of my mothers house in that there was a loud bang when shutting off the water. Called Mr. Rooter to have a look. We received a confirmation text in advance with a picture of the technician that would be coming to the house which was a nice touch. He arrived at the house at the time promised. Ryan was very professional, neat, courteous and thorough. He assessed the problem and took the time to explain what exactly was happening, and provided a couple of possible solutions to alleviate the water hammer problem. He was at the house for over an hour, but in the end only charged us the minimum fee. Called us later in the day to discuss two option prices that were emailed to us which we are now considering. The whole experience was very collaborative and overall a positive experience.
