Our 12 year old Samsung washer stopped draining. After taking a look myself decided to call in the pro’s. ASC came to house when they promised and had a look. After 90 min came back with the recommendation that they could try a couple things but could not guarantee a fix. Due age of unit and lack of parts, I might want to consider replacing. I was a little disappointed however when they indicated the house call was no charge, I felt satisfied with their recommendation. Forth time I have used them and they continue to surprise me with their stellar customer service.

Contacted Mike and by sending him a picture he was able to provide a quote. Was able to come by within a couple of days. With replacement parts on hand he came by and realized the crank was fine and just a minor adjustment was required. Reliable and honest. Would recommend Clarity.

Strange noise in our 6 year old washer. Went on line and found Appliance Service Center. On sunday, tried unsuccessfully to book on line so sent an email instead asking them to call me. Literally 5 seconds after I hit send, my phone rang. They weren't able to come the next day but instead the day after. Made the appointment and as promised, got a call that day to confirm and they arrived on time as promised. Very professional, knowledgeable and polite. Turned out it was a nickel stuck in the pump. The call lasted 90 minutes including a final check at the end to ensure everything was 100 percent. Very satisfied.

My wife and I were impressed from the very beginning to the end of the project. Dan, Patrick and team were very professional throughout the process. They always responded promptly to my inquiries and were quick to respond to any concerns. Our glass patio table was scratched and they immediately offered to make up for it with gift certificates. I had also asked Dan to look at some siding on the house that had come loose which he did but was only able to do a temporary fix because that siding was no longer made. A few days later i got an email from Dan saying he had actually found a few strips of the siding in his travels and remembered our situation. It was a perfect match! He dropped by and installed it gratis. If that isn't going above and beyond for a customer, I don't know what is. Thanks guys.
