Just got our new sofa delivered the other day. The salesman was super friendly and it's family based, and the delivery booking was very pleasant and flexible It looks fantastic. We are over the moon excited as we just finished our renovations And we can finally tie the room together. Can't wait to enjoy this with our growing family. We're thinking we might Add on to our order with a chair later on.

Good quality furniture, however did not meet delivery timeframe. Ordered in January, delivered in October. Received 4 delivery dates and all were missed. What is so difficult about supplying an accurate delivery date??

After a considerable wait-we finally received our 2 custom couches. The workmanship is excellent. The couches were custom and required a lot of tweaks and adjustments, hence the wait-but the final product looks amazing and is very comfortable. The couches were delivered to our cottage at the time given, set up without any hassles. As a favour the owner returned my original couches to the city at no cost to me. This is a family run company and they take great pride in their product and I would use them again if I am looking for good Canadian made furniture.

We purchased our leather sofa and matching loveseat from BOSS Leather almost 10 years ago. Due to the high quality of leather and superior workmanship, our sofas are as comfortable today as they were when we first purchased them. We recently used BOSS Leathers saddle/cleaning soap and conditioning cream to protect and enhance the look and feel of our 2 sofas and wow! After the 2 step treatment, they look amazing with the richness of the leather shining through. We highly recommend BOSS Leather for many reasons - their superior products, their friendly and highly professional service and advice. This is excellence at its best!

Well I would love to rave about the quality.... I don’t have that chance because there delivery times and meeting commitments are ridiculous. Bought in April with promise for end of June delivery, which coincided with our new home possession. Called mid June for update to be told mid July now & call early July for update. Early July call resulted in early to mid August delivery and call beginning of august for confirmation. That call went with let us check and get back to you. Get back to you meant 5 days later they were now planning on mid September.... what a joke these people are, they have no idea of deadlines, customer service and managing clients expectations on a big purchase item. My advice is find someone else who is transparent and actually has people/customer service as a priority in there business.

Everything was satisfactory with the sofa except for the strong leather smell that still hasn’t gone away after more than a month. Had to cover it with a thick sofa cover to mask the smell . Otherwise I’m happy with my purchase.

After googling for several weeks, it was very difficult to find a store that would speak to me during this Covid time.

But when I called Canada's Boss Leather they answer the call right away and they spend a lot of time with me talking about custom made furniture. I scheduled an appointment to meet with Ralph. Kind, courteous and extremely knowledgeable, Ralph took me on a plant tour in Woodbridge. Very Impressive!!

We collaborated on design and color but that was not all.
We looked at stitching, nail heads, different style and materials for legs and the list went on. Then we moved to selecting the leather. The supply of leather was amazing. Colors, textures, thicknesses, quality, tufting and the selection went on. I placed my order for 2 large sofas. When they arrived, it was like Christmas. This experience taught me that if you want HANDCRAFTED to PERFECTION, there is no better than Canada's Boss leather.

In fact I was so impressed that I ordered 2 additional chairs. I was so impressed with this company I went back a third time to order a dinning room table and 8 custom made chairs.

Traditional, contemporary, modern or just off the hook the, Artistry of this place is amazingly brilliant. From extremely elegance to man's cave, you can get exactly what you want.

Kind, dependable, hard working and affordable, Ralph has built this company from the ground up and always made me feel like I was one of the family. While we worked on selecting the design and finishing he was with me all the way and helped guide my through so that the end result would be my dream furniture. Thanks to Ralph, I can now watch TV on cloud nine. Thank you Ralph and all the wonderful folks at Canada's Boss Leather.

We are delighted with our leather love seat that arrived a couple of days ago. Robert was extremely knowledgable and helpful to me in making some decisions. One major decision was going with dense foam vs down cushions. His logic was to prevent the leather from stretching after use. I feel it was the right choice as the seating is firm, yet soft enough to be very comfortable. I found a chair style that I particularly loved, but that style did not offer a reclining love seat. BOSS custom made a love seat and it turned out beautifully. The leather is soft, but thick and feels like excellent quality. Danielle was a delight to work with and made the deliver appear seamless. Would highly recommend this company for higher end furniture.
