Clicklock Premium Metal Roofing

The roof looks beautiful , but it causes lots of problems in the winter. Snow guards were not properly installed and got ripped out with the snow coming down. No we have holes in the roof where water can come in. They will fix it at our expense [about $3500,-] because snow guards don't fall under the warranty. But the installation should be. Some of the gutters are bent from the weight of the snow. It's also caused a tremendous amount of heavy shoveling when the snow lands in front of your doors 3 feet high and wide. The company is very slow in responding to calls or e-mails.

My husband and I knew last fall that we needed a new roof on our home. We thought about whether we wanted to do asphalt singles again but realized that we would need to re shingle in about 10-12 years. We met with the Clicklock Sales Associate Steve who was very knowledgable about the product and was able to answer all our questions
about Metal Shingles.

People selling this product are not reliable. Everything is under warranty , it seems but if you have a problem you still have to pay to get it fix. And I am not sure anymore that their product is good as they say. From L'ORIGNAL, ON

I Had a roof installed Last Spring (2016). As promised, I would review after it has been on for some time.
The sales rep was more than helpful by showing me exactly why they were a superior product, not just telling me that they were like other sales people from other companies that were clearly giving their own opinion without proof.
After driving by some of the homes of the addresses they provided for me, I was almost convinced that this was the product and company for me. I happened to see one of the home owners at their home and asked about the roof. They confirmed everything that I was told by the salesman. They were very happy and I felt at ease in making my decision in choosing Clicklock and decided to make the purchase.

I can proudly say that over 1 year later, My roof still looks fantastic and I still get praise from my neighbors and visiting family alike.

The initial install was great. Now that winter has arrived we aren't so sure we made the right choice. There has been damage to our gazebo and to our chain link fence which will require replacement this summer. Luckily the snow did not damage our neighbours gas metre. I have asked for some feedback and have sent pictures to Antonia and Mark but have not received a response to date, 2 months ago. Starting to second guess our choice.

The issues with our snow guards have been addressed. The moisture/frost issue in our attic is also presently under review. Clicklock has been quick to respond to recent concerns and is working towards a solution.

Even with the weather being extremely poor the crew worked great!! The team was on the roof every day they could. Mark the production manager called a few times during the install just make sure we were happy with the progress.

After doing a lot of homework on what metal roofing I wanted to go with, I can say that I'm happy to have picked click lock Roofing.

From the time the Sale Rep showed up, the deliver and last the crew. i always was giving a calling keep me up to date on where they where with my install.

Once the crew showed up they cleaned up the site ever day and did a great job on the install of my new Roof.

Our sales person, Tony, took the time to educate us on the value of a Clicklock roof showing us how it would get rid of the leak around our chimney. We did look around but decided to go with Clicklock. The crew that put the roof on was just as helpful as Tony.
We did get the quality we were looking for with Clicklock. We feel secure knowing the job was well done.
