The roof looks beautiful , but it causes lots of problems in the winter. Snow guards were not properly installed and got ripped out with the snow coming down. No we have holes in the roof where water can come in. They will fix it at our expense [about $3500,-] because snow guards don't fall under the warranty. But the installation should be. Some of the gutters are bent from the weight of the snow. It's also caused a tremendous amount of heavy shoveling when the snow lands in front of your doors 3 feet high and wide. The company is very slow in responding to calls or e-mails.
