I was sold on the product before I even called the company. I was even more impressed when I spoke with the sales person. I was sold with the product because of the product itself how it looks the durability and the fact that I will not have to do my roof again. The only thing is the upfront cost but it is worth every penny spent in the long run. Drop off process was quicker than what I had expected; the driver called to say he was going to be dropping off the material on July 23 and within a week everything was completed. Cleanup was done every day after work and it was done very well. All my questions were answered they kept in touch and told us what was being done every day, they were very knowledgeable. The installers were so good I can’t even give# out of 5 because they were courteous, knowledgeable and work ethics were just amazing. The sales person was great not pushy very impressive and well mannered. Yes, yes, I will recommend click lock the sign is not going anywhere it will be on my lawn. I have been receiving nothing but complements from people about my home, the service received was impeccable 10 is not good enough. I am very impressed with the job.

Clicklock exceeded our expectations. From the time we initiated a request for quote to the time our roof was installed Clicklock and all of its representatives were very responsive. Chris was very helpful in explaining the product and we appreciated the time he took to answer our questions, inspect our roof and check up on things throughout the installation to make sure everything was going as planned. Wil and his crew communicated with us throughout installation. We always knew when they were coming and going, the status of the job and they always answered our questions and addressed any concerns we had. They made sure the site was clean at the end of each day and especially at the end of the job. We are extremely pleased with our Clicklock roof and we would recommend them in a heartbeat.

The person that came out was very professional; good on pricing also compared other companies and their products. I also did my own investigation on other companies, also had another company come by but I like clicklock much better. The installation was just great they worked 11hours a day in the heat with the bugs; very hard workers did an extremely good job. I love the appearance of the roof, product is good, the guys were great and it just looks beautiful. I would definitely recommend Clicklock Roofing to anyone for that I would give clicklock 10 out of 10 on their service.

I am very happy with my roof and the installers encouraged questions I had about the roof. The installers explained/showed the venting system. I had an overall very positive experience. They did an excellent job on clean up. I was very impressed.

A simple roof - a sloped rectangle on the front, a sloped rectangle on the back. No valleys or dormers. The crew was personable and went at the job without hassle. We were kept informed of progress, and they were always friendly if we came outside to look at the progress. The crew chief kept us informed when one item wasn't included in the original batch of materials, and it was sorted out for the second day's work. Clean up was thorough. A very pleasant experience.
