Called click lock and give my information the next day I received a phone call from one the sale rep, very well mannered, came by took his time and explained the process, product and showed samples of the product. Sale rep told me to take my time and do some research and if I have any further question I can call him any time, which was very nice I did not feel pressured called back set up another appointment, he give me the estimate and answer questions. The installers did an amazing job, were very clean and very considerate, cleaned up every day and answered an concerns I had. Click staff is very professional, efficient and friendly it was an absolute pleasure doing business with this company I would highly recommend Click Lock to anyone family friends and the people I work with. My roof looks amazing and secure.

Wow what a breath of fresh air dealing with this company! Right from the first call I made the lady was very courteous and helpful. The sales person contacted me very quickly and was able to explain everything with ease. After my shingles failed only 9 years into my 30 year warranty I was fed up with replacing them. The install crew were very professional and made sure they cleaned up every day when they finished. The end result is beautiful and I can now sleep at night knowing my home is well protected! I highly recommend calling this company

I would like to express my appreciation of my CLICKLOCK roof that was recently installed.
After my asphalt shingle roof lasted less than 10 years, I wanted a permanent fix.
The sales rep was very courteous and patient and explained every aspect of the clicklock roof very thoroughly making us very comfortable with our choice.
The installers were very professional and hard working. They took the time answer questions during the installation and did a great job.
The final look is even better than what we had pictured it to be on our home. It truly looks SPECTACULAR!
I notice cars slowing to have a look and neighbours that I have never met before complimenting my roof.
I will continue to recommend Clicklock to my family, neighbours and anybody thinking of getting a permanent roof!

Absolutely unsatisfied! The salesman was extremely pushy, felt harassed when they decided they wanted to do the work in the middle of winter (January- in below 27 weather) rather than in the spring which was agreed on after the material came in late for our original November install date. The installers which I fell bad for were left in the dark, They were simply going to install this product over our deck which we paid extra to repair - we had to stop them and have them call the salesman. The results from the January install was really bad. After fighting with them for 4 months they finally came back to fix it. It's much better now but still not perfect. The company is extremely hard to deal with. My summary is that they want the money but couldn't care less about the customer. I would recommend anyone to stay away. Been nothing but stressful.

The sale rep was pretty good, explained everything showed everything but we already knew we were going to get the roof, but the rep did a good job with explaining. (5/5)
The Installer was also very good (5/5) it was a lot of work, I was really surprised they came out in all that snow and ice but they did a really good job, very hard workers. I hope that they got paid extra for all the ice they had to remove!! It was very cold but after all the scraping all that ice and snow off they got the roof done.
I would recommend click lock 10/10.

Sale person was very professional knew his product very well. He made us feel very comfortable - he was not pushy and there was not a question he could not answer. We called a couple of times with follow-up questions, and he was always available. I would have to say his service was a 51/2 out of 5. The installers were very capable. The crew completed the roof in record time; they knew what they were doing. At the start of installation, they explained the process, and offered to answer any questions that may come up. Very professional. Upon completion, they took me around the house for a final inspection. Cleanup was done very well, all done to our satisfaction . Quality workmanship 5 out of 5, I would recommend click lock roofing 10 out of 10 for a great job done. Very happy to have it done!
