Coretemp Heating and Air

While running diagnostics on our HVAC system, Richard from CoreTemp found an improperly and unsafely installed tankless water heater in our home (around 6 code violations that if remained undiscovered could have resulted in an explosion within our home)! We thought that the original company that installed our Rinnai tankless was a "reputable" company. Once he alerted us to the dangers of our poorly installed tankless, he immediately called the company that installed it, and advocated for us on our behalf. Thanks to him, he helped us get the problem corrected. He completely went that "extra mile" to make sure that it was "done right". He reminded us of Holmes on Homes and we feel he deserves his own show! He's very professional and his ethical character is refreshing to find in this business.
