I called CoreTemp regarding a heating issue in the house. Richard coached me on some things to try on my own before booking a service appointment, which I appreciated. I did eventually have to have CoreTemp come though, and Richard identified the issue in minutes and replaced a part with stock from his truck. He also gave me some useful advice regarding diagnosing and troubleshooting furnace issues in the future, and some other heating and humidity issues in the house. Highly recommended.
EDIT late 2016 - a couple of years later I had a minor flood in the basement from a failed pump on the furnace. Richard returned my call from his vacation in Florida within a couple of hours and referred me to a colleague who was covering for him. Awesome.
EDIT April 2017 - Richard helped me diagnose and solve a furnace problem over the phone on a holiday weekend, which I greatly appreciated.
