mysterious noises in flat roof on 2nd floor of our house - I had another animal control co come, they "inspected" but found no points of entry. Called SWAT for a second opinion - they did a proper inspection and found loose bricks and hole in chimney along with fur - the little buggers used the chimney to enter the house - very smart. SWAT installed a one way gate and made sure it was all secure - no problems and no squirrels since then! Great company, great service

Swat wildlife were the first people I've ever called who actually installed animal deterrants.
Rather than charging me $$ for the advice to ' get some wire mesh'. They have a great understanding of animal behaviour and cycles. They installed wire fencing and a one way door surrounding the deck area, and paid a lot of attention to detail working around some tricky structures. Looking forward to them coming come back next week to remove the door.

Derick and Mike are life savers. Honest, on time, really knowledgeable and personable. We did a lot of price checking, and they are fair and the workmanship is stellar. We had squirrels running through the walls, we had pigeons building a neighbourhood on a section of our roof, and blessedly both are gone. Thank you Derick and Mike. Own a home in Scarborough... Had a raccoon break into my attic. Customer service on phone was great... Jonny came by the next day and was polite, professional, efficient and honest! Price I paid was better than anywhere else I called and I would be hard pressed to have asked for better service... Will be using this company moving forward.... Great job Jonny!!

I have used SWAT since 2008 when a squirrel managed to get into the heating ducts of my house. They showed up within the hour and had him safely caught in about 5 minutes. Since then I have unfortunately had to call on SWAT a few more times (skunk living in my garage, rats burrowed under a planter box in the garden. etc.) Derek from SWAT is truly great at his job, manages to figure out the point of entry and has always successfully dealt with the issue, with enthusiasm and speed. Great company overall!

Professional, knowledgeable, punctual and job well done. They managed getting very pesky squirrels to relocate and also made sure that preventative measures were in place to keep them away. All done humanely.

SWAT came out on a Sunday afternoon and sealed off three roof vents with mesh.

They also put preventative flashing on the front of my roof apex and even did some cosmetic flashing while they were up there.

Super friendly and efficient and I haven't heard a peep in the attic since.

I have recommended SWAT to my neighbors and will call them back if those little varments return.

Take that squirrels!
