Swat Wildlife and Insulation

Derrick from SWAT called me when he arrived on site. He was very thorough with his description of the work that had to be done, his recommendations and suggestion plan of action. Being early May, he said the skunks living under our shed likely had babies, so it wouldn't be a good time to install a one-way door. He went ahead and trenched around the perimeter of the shed and installed the screening but left the existing opening free. He will return in 5 weeks to install the door once the babies are mobile. All in all a very professional approach and we couldn't be happier with SWAT!

Johnny and Eden showed up on time from SWAT Wildlife. They were both very professional, polite and knowledgeable. We had suspected squirrel activity in the ceiling and between the walls. They did a thorough inspection of the exterior, the roof and the attic after listening to the descriptions we gave of what we were hearing. They suspected that it actually may be mice and so we chose to allow them to cut an opening in the ceiling where much of the noise was coming from and they quickly confirmed that it was mice. They helped to clean up and were kind and courteous. Now that the problem has been identified we just have to wait to see the results. With the 6 month warranty we are happy to recommend them as should the problem not resolve in the time indicated they will come up and assist again. Things that are important to us are obvious things like quality of service, fair prices and the warranty/guaranty. But also important to us are polite, respectful, courteous, knowledgeable and caring people to deal with and from the woman I spoke to on the phone to Johnny and Eden, we received that.

A friend highly recommended Swat Wildlife and I called them to inspect my attic.
The company's slogan is "Humane, Affordable Wildlife Removal" and they stand behind it a 100%.
I have used other companies before and in comparison that was the best service I have ever experienced.
Derick was courteous, prompt, patient with my questions and he addressed all my concerns and inspected thoroughly the attic, the roof and surroundings.
He would go back for a second time on the roof or the attic to address my question. Derick secured the vents and I was thinking for extending the measures but he prevented me from spending extra money for additional things that he didn't find absolutely necessary.
I will definitely stick to this company and recommend it to others.

The guys came in and accessed the problem. I already knew where the hole in the exterior brick was. They filled and patched it nicely.

They laid 3 traps to catch anything still inside the house. They will come back to remove and reset for 6months.

SWAT Wildlife is fantastic. We had a raccoon living in the roof above our front porch last October, and the team came to block up her point of entry and install a one-way door so she could exit safely. It was a great experience. They also assessed the house for other possible entry points and took preventative measures to block those sites. Great customer service from the initial phone call, to day of service experience and the follow up afterwards. Reasonable price. Unfortunately our furry friend REALLY liked the porch so she did return this spring - the team came again and was very quickly able to determine how she was getting in and within a few days she was gone. I'd certainly recommend SWAT to other homeowners experiencing unwanted visitors!

mysterious noises in flat roof on 2nd floor of our house - I had another animal control co come, they "inspected" but found no points of entry. Called SWAT for a second opinion - they did a proper inspection and found loose bricks and hole in chimney along with fur - the little buggers used the chimney to enter the house - very smart. SWAT installed a one way gate and made sure it was all secure - no problems and no squirrels since then! Great company, great service

Absolutely fantastic, I would definitely recommend them. They were very professional and were great to deal with, they even took the time to show my kids the babies.
