SWAT Wildlife helped me deal with some squirrels that had borrowed into the walls of our home. They were prompt and carried out their services exactly as they had described. All individuals I dealt with (on the phone or the worker that came to my home) were professional and courteous. I would have no reservations in recommending this company.

We had a skunk living under our deck and it sprayed the dog. I never wanted that to happen again. I found SWAT on Homestars and was really impressed with the fellow from SWAT who came. They came quickly, were super professional and were transparent about their pricing before they started. They were thorough without proposing more of a fix than was necessary. Highly recommended.

SWAT was great. True to their name, they quickly pinpointed the problem, installed a 1-way door for my new resident, and were in and out in an hour.
Definitely good value for the money, and very professional.

My only suggestion to them would be to provide guidance on permanently closing access points. The one way door is excellent, but it is a temporary measure to ensure the squirrels aren't trapped inside. A longterm solution is necessary, as all entry points can be major losses of heat in a home. It is essentially a hole into your roof, so it really requires a proper seal. I had to ask the SWAT technician what to do, and I would have appreciated a more proactive approach.

After hearing an animal running in my walls for 2 days, we decided to call SWAT. Eric came out the next morning and explained the process completely and installed a one way door to the entrance point. He was quick and guarantees the work for 1 year. I would recommend SWAT.

When a hole opened up in our deck this summer and let in several raccoons, SWAT did an excellent job of installing an exit-only door and adding mesh to the insecure areas. Very efficient, and they even gave me a small discount based on the unique location of the open areas of the deck. They even addressed the one negative review on this site! Highly recommended.

After hearing scratching in my ceiling, I decided to check Homestars for a highly rated company to remove the critters and repair any entry points. I am thrilled that SWAT Wildlife lived up to their recommendations. Derick was very professional, knowledgeable and helpful.

He brought me along with his inspection and showed me how the red squirrels were getting in and out of my attic. Major gaps behind the fascia required extensive screening to protect against further intrusion. After careful consideration I decided to fix the problem once and for all.

Derick and his Tech, Erick did a good job, using quality heavy gauge screening and a one-way door. I recommend SWAT Wildlife to anyone who needs wildlife removed humanely.

Swat Wildlife came to our home and did an inspection to assess our problem which was bats in the house.They were very knowledgeable and efficient with the inspection.Swat removed all the bats, found all the entry points and sealed them.They also allowed for the bats to leave but not able to get back in.Excellent work,quick response time and professional.I could not have asked for better service,would highly recommend Swat Wildlife.

I heard scratching in the attic space of our house and called SWAT to come and check it out. Eric the technician did a survey and saw two places where squirrels had lifted flashings to get an entry. He closed one with mesh and installed a one way door at the other which had the appearance of being used the most.
Within two days the problem was solved, no noises and most of all no squirrels.
This company is highly recommended by me to anyone with similar issues.

Although several Pest control companies have good reviews an Homestars. I hired SWAT based on their ethical/ environmental concerns for the wildlife that they deal with. Derrick and Eric of SWAT offered prompt , friendly and efficient service. SWAT came to my home within 30 hours of my contacting them at a time of my choosing and after inspecting my roof and checking my attic ,Eric assured me that what I was hearing was most likely a nest of birds in the eaves trough at the front of my house.

What impressed me most was how quickly they returned my call and how they took the time to listen to my concerns before I even hired them. Thanks SWAT !

Our home in Toronto is apparently "racoon heaven" complete with an extensive roof top garden and decking.

Since moving in two years ago, we have had racoon traffic, growling and vicious fights right outside of our bedroom window which faces onto the rooftop garden. In addition, we have had considerable damage to our ceiling in one part of the house.

After several trial and error experiences with other companies and methods, we met with Derick and his team from SWAT Wildlife. They clearly explained their approach, the costs and the one-year guarantee for their work.

They located the racoon access points and sealed them off with wire meshing. It worked perfectly for a few weeks until the racoons ate and clawed their way through another part of the deck to get to where they wanted to live.

Derick and his team made at least 10 additional visits to address the problem. Despited our offers to pay them extra for all of the trips last summer, they politely declined citing their guarantee...along with a professional determination not to be beaten by the racoons.

It worked until this year when the racoons "burrowed" through the dirt in one of the planters to regain access. This time Derick sealed of the entire space with wire. Once we knew the racoons were out of the space, He sealed it off further...during a rainstorm. We insisted on paying for his materials as the guarantee had expired months ago.

It seems to have been the perfect solution. They did what they said they would do, when they said they would do it and within the stated price.

And, they're attitudnally perfect. We would give them a higher score if there was one.
