Matthew designed and built an exceptional bespoke shelf wall and cabinetry exactly how we imagined. We offered a rough sketch of what we were looking for, received a detailed design and couldn't be more please with both the process and final product. Matthew takes amazing care of all details, communicates clearly on processes and timelines and especially while installing in the home, he works with the care that someone would show to their own space. If anyone I know is ever looking for millwork, this will be the name I share.

Thanks so much for taking the time to review my company Todd. It was a pleasure working in your beautiful home again. All the best!

True north underpinned our basement (including excavating and creating a basement addition under an existing two-story addition). Dan and his crews were exceptionally professional, offered sage advice on key decisions and accommodated multiple adjustments. Cannot recommend highly enough. If anyone I know were to consider lowering their basement, I would direct them to Dan without question.

I hired a contractor through this Home Depot's installation services to do some construction in our backyard. The contractors work fell well short of reasonable standards (required constant oversight by me, took approximately 2 months for a job that was quoted to take 7-10 days and when issues were raised to the contractor were met with excuses and little to no change in actual practice). Due to this poor quality of service several complaints were lodged with Home Depot (more than 5). At no point did Home Depot extend even a basic courtesy of returning a call. While phone operators took several detailed complaints the only action that was taken was to forward the complaint to the contractor (to whom complaints had already been raised directly and did not deal with them adequately). Home Depot's position was that the contractor's statement to them was a sufficient resolution (no attempt was made to confirm whether the contractor had accurately presented the facts of project progress). At every stage a complaint was lodged, it was stated that a response from Home Depot would be forthcoming. To this point Home Depot has still not responded on any of these issues.

I hired DDIY through Home Depot's contractor referral mechanism. The project which was quoted to take between 7-10 days took approximately two months, required constant oversight to ensure that work was completed to a reasonable standard and was generally frustrating over the duration of the project. During the course of this work - crew members would arrive to the job site without a clear sense of what was to be accomplished that day (or the overall design of the work), would be pulled for other jobs, would work half days (or less). Coordination with suppliers was not organized properly, resulting in multiple delays. And every issue that was raised with the contractor was explained as beyond their control while it was clear better planning and management would have achieved far better results (e.g. through poor planning and bad site management 3 days were needed to set fence posts - one day involved only 1 fence post). As the contract was organized through Home Depot, complaints were filed with them. They brought zero results, and the contractor misrepresented the facts of the job to Home Depot. My opinion is that without aggressively advocating for work to be done and carefully watching the quality of finished products I would have received even poorer service. It was obvious that the contractor had booked jobs far in excess of his capacity to deliver. It would not recommend this company.

Simply Todd is a two faced cheap ass. Happy and when homedepot wouldn't give him a credit he blow up like a man baby. Also what sane person wants people to work during a thunderstorm over head?. Todd does!

SWAT Wildlife helped me deal with some squirrels that had borrowed into the walls of our home. They were prompt and carried out their services exactly as they had described. All individuals I dealt with (on the phone or the worker that came to my home) were professional and courteous. I would have no reservations in recommending this company.
