Valentin is exceptional. Polite, patient and easy to talk to. He gives you honest and straightforward responses, and you feel that what he tells you is "what he would do himself if in your shoes," not what he wants you to do as a serviceman/business man.

I have used Strong Plumbing for 4 jobs now, spanning the past 2-3 years. In the past, I would have researched my problem, evaluated options and gotten multiple quotes. I am now so comfortable with Valentin, that I simply call him when I have an issue - I trust he will give me his best recommendation, at a reasonable price, and the work will be done very professionally and efficient. He is very meticulous about his work, and is very good at keeping his appointments.
