Alon did a fantastic job! He repaired a double wide garage door that had come off its rails, snapped hinges and rollers, and even warped one of the running rails, all in less than 2 hours! And all at a very reasonable price. I expected to have to replace the entire system, but instead couldn't be happier with their work. I called Smart Care at around 3 pm expecting this job to take days, and instead it was repaired by 6:30 pm same day. Alon even managed to fix the remote opener that two other repair companies weren't able to do! I won't be calling anyone else from now on.

Valentin is exceptional. Polite, patient and easy to talk to. He gives you honest and straightforward responses, and you feel that what he tells you is "what he would do himself if in your shoes," not what he wants you to do as a serviceman/business man. I have used Strong Plumbing for 4 jobs now, spanning the past 2-3 years. In the past, I would have researched my problem, evaluated options and gotten multiple quotes. I am now so comfortable with Valentin, that I simply call him when I have an issue - I trust he will give me his best recommendation, at a reasonable price, and the work will be done very professionally and efficient. He is very meticulous about his work, and is very good at keeping his appointments. I generally don't write reviews, but I can confidently say you won't go wrong with Strong Plumbing Inc.

Atiar is efficient and very straight forward to deal with. Our washer would intermittently display a "low water flow" error code. When contacted, Atiar explained what he anticipated would be needed to address the problem. He was able to come to our house within 24 hours of calling him. He arrived on time, diagnosed the issue and needed to return with a replacement part a few days later. He didn't request immediate payment for his first visit, and instead completed the job before getting paid. His fee was more than fair, and I'd use him again without hesitation.

The reviews are true. Val is excellent. I researched for a few weeks for a plumber to install a backup sump pump because my main pump was working a lot during rain storms. I eventually kept coming back to the reviews on Val and Strong Plumbing. Val was prompt in responding to my initial contact with him (2 other of the top rated plumbers on HomeStar didn't even return my call, period), his pricing was competitive, and he even broke down his pricing for me so that I could propose an alternative arrangement that worked better for me (and that we ultimately agreed to). He came to the site on time (alerting me that he might be late, but in fact, made it on time), completed the installation very efficiently, and left the area very clean. He also took time to take a look at and provide recommendations on a few other plumbing concerns that I had. I would certainly recommend Val to anyone.
