Many thanks to Ben and the team at Luc's Roofing for a great job on replacing my roof shingles. From original quote through to final payment and all parts in between, Ben and the team were professional, easy to deal with and did a top quality job. They worked with care in preparing and doing the job and did an excellent clean-up at the end. I was impressed with having a Contractor who made the job painless for me and, who did a superior job with thoughtful extras beyond my original request.

I have used Luc's Roofing before for smaller porch roofs and they did a good job. Ben even helped me out with a minor eaves trough problem afterwards at no cost. So when it came time to replace the roofing on my house I called them again. Once again they did an excellent job. They added a great Whirly turbine device which cools off the attic nicely, they installed an insulated pipe for the bathroom fan and they even fixed up some flashing above the porch which a previous company did a bad job on years before. They cleaned up everything and were done in a day and a half. They use good quality materials, are very nice to work with and I would highly recommend them to anyone.

We were looking to get our roof replaced as it was getting old and we procrastinated long enough. A friend of ours referred Luc's Roofing as they had recently used them for their home. I gave Ben a call and left a message. He promptly called me back and asked us what we were looking to get done and if it was an emergency (there was no leak). He scheduled a visit and came on time. He was a very friendly contractor. He took his ladder out and inspected our flat roof and shingles. When he came down, he suggested that we replace our roof because of the age and condition. Ben, also mentioned he could see that there were multiple layers on the flat roof and he had to remove them all. He gave us a quote with options for us to add or take out based on what we wanted and our budget. We never felt pressured at all during this whole process. On the day of, they came early and setup the tarps around the house to minimize the mess. They worked through some hot days and were very efficient in getting things done. On one of the days, we had a big rain storm and he told us the day before that we would be fine and not to worry. We survived a big rain storm and the final layers were not even down yet. We are so happy with the final product, he changed all the eaves-troughs and flashing so that it would be updated. Ben and his team were absolutely amazing - very friendly, very kind and helpful. They also did a a great job cleaning up. Its been 3 weeks after the install and we haven't found a nail. Ben stuck around 2 hrs after the job was finished to ensure that ground was nail and debris free. I would highly recommend Luc's Roofing for the quality, service and the peace of mind.

We have a large flat roof that was leaking through our upper floor ceiling in multiple places. We had had another company come out to inspect previously, and they misdiagnosed the situation significantly. Ben and his team quickly identified multiple problems associated with roof structure, drainage, water pooling, cracking around our skylights, and mold developing in sections. I've included a picture of the "before" state. Ben took the time to walk through the key issues, talk out potential solutions, and go over all of the questions that my wife and I had.

Within a couple of days, Ben had assembled a team of 12 to properly angle the roof, replace our skylights, and fully add proper eaves and downspouts. He was a pleasure to deal with and he and his crew were super professional and hard working throughout the job. They were spotless in their cleanup, and we are thrilled with the finished product. Ben also helped me to take another step towards my dream rooftop deck by replacing one of the skylights with a roof hatch. An added bonus I hadn't expected was that the noise level on the new roof when it rains is drastically reduced - we can now barely tell that it rains, whereas it used to wake us up at night. Please see the "after" picture that demonstrates the drastic improvement.

I would most certainly recommend Ben and his company, and already have to family and friends in need of repairs/support. I can't recommend him and Luc's roofing enough. Great job!

Ben and his crew did a fantastic job on our new custom home. As all the other trades can attest, I am super particular about the quality of the work (both aesthetically and performance/duability). Ben and his crew were not only quick and clean during the installation, but Ben went out of his way to ensure I was more than satisfied with the job as a whole. Ben and his team at Luc's Roofing were super friendly, fair, and did a great job all in one day. Ben went above and beyond to make sure that I wouldn't have to worry about my roof for many years to come. He replaced all 6 of our skylights and replaced our side angled roof. While he was up there he took it upon himself to seal up the flashing on the chimney too. His team worked hard to get this done all in one day, and the final price was what Ben had quoted. Ben and his team are professional and attentive. They came on site quickly to assess my roof problems, provided a reasonable quote and completed the work within the time frame promised. In addition, Ben, took the to explain the entire process and material that would work best to prevent squirrels from nesting in my roof. The team did a thorough clean up too! This is the second time I have used Luc”s company. The first time was in 2011 when I replaced the flat roof section which continues to be in top shape. I would use this company again!

I sought quotes from three other roofers before contacting Luc's Roofing. One responded in a timely manner. The other two did not contact me at all despite follow ups and promises to do so. Luc's Roofing responded promptly. Ben called when he said he would; he came when he said he would and the job was started and finished as scheduled. Luc's Roofing did great work, in a timely manner for a reasonable price. What more can you ask for!

Roofing Team confirmed the date promptly and showed up exactly on time (as well as completed the work as per their estimate). The Roofing Team left our property SPOTLESS and did a fantastic job. I couldn't say enough about working with this company - this was the best experience that I have ever had with a contractor!!
