Luc's Roofing Ltd

We were looking to get our roof replaced as it was getting old and we procrastinated long enough. A friend of ours referred Luc's Roofing as they had recently used them for their home. I gave Ben a call and left a message. He promptly called me back and asked us what we were looking to get done and if it was an emergency (there was no leak). He scheduled a visit and came on time. He was a very friendly contractor. He took his ladder out and inspected our flat roof and shingles. When he came down, he suggested that we replace our roof because of the age and condition. Ben, also mentioned he could see that there were multiple layers on the flat roof and he had to remove them all. He gave us a quote with options for us to add or take out based on what we wanted and our budget. We never felt pressured at all during this whole process. On the day of, they came early and setup the tarps around the house to minimize the mess. They worked through some hot days and were very efficient in getting things done. On one of the days, we had a big rain storm and he told us the day before that we would be fine and not to worry. We survived a big rain storm and the final layers were not even down yet. We are so happy with the final product, he changed all the eaves-troughs and flashing so that it would be updated. Ben and his team were absolutely amazing - very friendly, very kind and helpful. They also did a a great job cleaning up. Its been 3 weeks after the install and we haven't found a nail. Ben stuck around 2 hrs after the job was finished to ensure that ground was nail and debris free. I would highly recommend Luc's Roofing for the quality, service and the peace of mind.
