I have used Luc's Roofing before for smaller porch roofs and they did a good job. Ben even helped me out with a minor eaves trough problem afterwards at no cost. So when it came time to replace the roofing on my house I called them again. Once again they did an excellent job. They added a great Whirly turbine device which cools off the attic nicely, they installed an insulated pipe for the bathroom fan and they even fixed up some flashing above the porch which a previous company did a bad job on years before. They cleaned up everything and were done in a day and a half. They use good quality materials, are very nice to work with and I would highly recommend them to anyone.

I contacted Niall as I wanted to find a good carpenter who could replicate a 100 year old oak stair railing to extend it down three additional steps and to add some handrails to some back steps. Niall came out quickly to give me an estimate. I contacted others but Niall knew best how to create the same look but to also build it to the Building Code which was required by my insurance company. He did an excellent job and I would recommend his company to anyone needing good carpentry. Aside from a few scheduling difficulties due to Niall being busy with other jobs everything went very well.

I hired this company in June 2015 to deal with leaks behind the eavestrough at the front porch of my house which were damaging the fascia board. They told me I needed to install new eavestroughing and fascia board. They also installed new down pipes and leaf guards everywhere including other parts of the house. I thought everything was okay but by the next Spring the water stains on that new fascia board were back just like before. I called Juan in June 2016 who had done the work a few times and he never replied. Then I called Rhoda and finally got a call back from her in August. Juan came by in late August and said the flashing on the roof was installed improperly, the roof tiles were too short and the roof on the porch generally looked bad. He wanted $280 to fix the flashing. My concern was that he never told me any of this the year before. So I got some roofing quotes and went with a new roof on the porch instead from another company. This Spring I had a new eavestrough problem at the back of the house and tried calling Juan again. He said he would come by that day and texted me a few times when he was running late but then never showed up. I tried texting again and he never replied. I tried to stick with this company because I had found them helpful more than 10 years ago when I first used them but in recent years they have developed poorer service so I won't be using them again and do not recommend them.

We regret that this customer did not get the service she expected but she was calling the technician directly with no contact to us the owners .The technician only works for us occasionally and her calling him directly repeatedly with no answer would be frustrating.Perhaps she was making a deal with him so there was an incentive to keep calling him .Her comments regarding the advise she got comes with little knowledge of how eavestroughing works in conjunction with roofs .She needs to contact the owner /office --as she did ONCE before .This review serves no purpose other than to vent her anger aand be vindictive and again this client has taken an inappropriate way to solve a problem .She cost herself money to get a new roof when a small solution for $280.00 was possible .She is correct in that that work was to be done at no charge but only could be noted after a new eavestroughs were put on to fit an older roof line .We have been in business for 30 years + let her read the reviews and stay off the computer.Instead she should call the management .Her statements are untrue and potentially damaging to our company and could be legally challenged. We will call the client directly .
