George was my technician on July 31st 2010. He was knowledgeable and professional and did a great job. Jean coordinated the appointment for me and changed the time when we were unable to connect earlier in the day. Overall my experience was fantastic, however the only disappointment for me was the price of the replacement. I was provided the numbers in advance so I cannot complain that I was blindsided, I just feel that the charge for the repairs is quite high. What it boils down to is if you need an emergency repair you have to pay the premium. If you don't then use your local contractor and purchase the parts yourself and you should be able to halve your repair cost(s).

Thank you for calling us out and giving us your review. Your local contractor may not want to come out on a Saturday and we do not charge a premium. Our prices are very much in line with our competitors. Your local contractor probably does not carry product on his truck and will waste your day looking for parts. You really get what you pay for.A high quality service does not cost more -it pays more. A lot of our business does stem from shoddy contractors as we go in and fix up their work.We hope that we shed some light on the situation.
