Michael is professional, courteous, pleasant, came right on time, explained everything clearly and fixed my toilet expertly, giving me complete peace of mind. A couple of days later he returned to help me for a nominal charge with a smaller unrelated problem I discovered and clearly explained everything again. Very satisfied and will recommend to friends and family. Already have neighbours who have used WaterWorks and are also completely satisfied.
