We contracted with Perennial for the annual lawn care service, which includes 5 treatments to control surface feeding insects, most broadleaf weeds, crab grass & annual summer weeds. The service technicians take the time to properly apply the products, rather than rushing through the job as fast as they can (a problem we have had with other lawn services). We always receive a service invoice which includes the treatment provided - as well as what the treatment is for & what to expect from the treatment. Detailed instructions & recommendations for lawn care are provided.
You can pay per treatment, or prepay for the program & receive a 10% discount. There are also other optional treatments available, such as aeration, grub control, lime application. These services are pay as you go or the 10% discount is also available if ordered & prepaid with the annual program.
