Schram & Sons Heating and Air Conditioning

We bought a house with a 1902 boiler (coal to oil to gas conversion) and gravity hot water. Tim Schram suggested a high efficiency replacement, removed the header tank in the attic, sealed the system, and installed a header tank. He also, just on verbal description of problems with our old house, correctly diagnosed the problems there without ever seeing it. He clearly knows hot water systems, better than anyone else I found in 20 years in Kenosha-Racine.

These folks came out to replace our furnace. They also removed the asbestos that was around the old pipes. in the process they unplugged my deep freezer and i lost several hundred in meat. BUT they promptly got a check out to me to replace the meat and were very polite and apologetic about it!! they did great and fast work and cleaned up after themselves fabulously!!
