We took a lawn mower in last year at the beginning of the summer season to have the engine looked at, tuned up, and the blades sharpened. 3 months later we finally got it back. they did the work but didnt even apologise for taking so long or offer a discount. If you are wanting your lawnmower serviced and dont have time constraints i would say go with these folks. but if you need it done fast. not here.

Over the last couple years we have had several repairs and purchased computer parts and even a whole computer from these folks. they are always polite and helpful and go the extra mile in helping us with whatever we need!

Our local Menards is fantastik!! They are well laid out and it is easy to find what you are looking for. We got help from thier experienced staff in choosing cabinets, flooring, and bathroom instalation supplies!! They have GREAT customer service and polite and helpful employees

These folks came out to replace our furnace. They also removed the asbestos that was around the old pipes. in the process they unplugged my deep freezer and i lost several hundred in meat. BUT they promptly got a check out to me to replace the meat and were very polite and apologetic about it!! they did great and fast work and cleaned up after themselves fabulously!!

This fellow from Best Buy showed up right on time, clean, polite!! He took a look at my machine and in 5 minutes told me what was wrong and was 100% honest with me that the machine was not worth repairing. He said that it would cost the same to repair it as a brand new machine and with a new machine from anyone i would get at least a short warranty where i would not with just a repiar. He was great!!

I had these folks out to repair my washing machine. they didnt even look inside the machine or pull it out. They said they "thought" the mechanism for the dial control was the issue. I found out from another repair man from Best Buy when these guys failed to be able to fix the issue, that it had nothing to do with the mechanism in the dail. He told me that had they touched the inside of the machine or pulled it out they would have known the transmission was leaking fluid and the aggitator was frying out. when i called triangle to ask about this they were extrememly rude to me!!! i have even filed with the BBB against them.

We have had Steve and his crew from A-1 home repair out for manuy things from a new roof being put on to having our yard fenced. They are polite, quick, and clean up great after a job!! they always come back if there is an issue and are fast to return phone calls!
