Mark was responsive and professional to work with. His pricing was very reasonable and he was able to complete our stair recarpeting very quickly and with excellent results. Our revamped stairs look plush and clean and really brighten up our place. I would recommend this company to anyone.

Pretty happy with the way everything turned out to be. An office colleague had recommended Victorious Flooring and along with that, Mark as well. He definitely was a very professional person, who responded immediately after my husband contacted him through e-mail on the very next day and made arrangements for a site inspection and he also brought some samples along with him so that we could have a better understanding of his work. Mark had then explained to us about the different types of carpet fibers, like nylon, polyester and olefin. Along with that he also informed about the advantages and disadvantages of Berber and Plush carpeting. Then my husband and I decided to use plush carpet for my 3 bedrooms upstairs and the Berber for the stairs since the hallway had hardwood and this allowed us to use two different types of carpet for our home. Mark also helped us to remove the buckling in the basements that was done few years back by another flooring company. I feel Mark and his team did an amazing job and I would highly recommend Victorious Flooring to friends and family members who are planning to do some flooring work at their home. The service was great and thank you so much for that. I really appreciated their effort.

This is the second time we have worked with Mark and his team for carpet installation. He just completed removing and installing carpet in our entire upstairs (5 bedrooms, hallway, and two sets of stairs). He is such a pleasure to deal with and his service is reliable. I can't speak highly enough of Mark and the team at Victorious. My wife and I had a terrible experience with a carpet installer who came highly recommended that we hired to complete a major renovation. The carpet was in dire need of repair and, after seeing the carpet, the repair person we brought over (not Victorious), urged us to replace the carpet rather than repair the existing issues and highly recommended Victorious Flooring.

Needless to say, Mark and his installers are true professionals. Mark spent a good chunk of time scoping out the area to carpet, identifying risks (ie. carpets not to buy for pets), and helping us make all the right decisions. Understanding we were on a time crunch, he even managed to squeeze us into an already busy week. The installers came on time and did a top-notch job with the install. We couldn't be happier.

My basement carpet had started to push upward in some sections and I finally decided to do something about this. I e-mailed Victorious and Mark got back to my e-mail quickly. He was even able to give me a rough quote based on the dimensions and pictures I provided.

Once I decided to go ahead, his crew was able to come the next day. They did a great job and it is now nice and smooth. They even worked around some tricky sections without making a tear.

This goes to show you have to hire someone good in the first place to do the job right.

I would call Mark again if I needed a new carpet, straightening or a repair.

We had basement water damage and the insurance contractor ripped up the carpet and removed the affected underpad. I contacted Victorious based in large part on the great homestars reviews. Mark got back to me very quickly, asked me to send some pictures, and gave me an estimate. I had to wait a few weeks for the other work to be done, but once it was I contacted Mark and he got me scheduled in within about a week. Technician arrived on time, went to work and finished the job with no issues. He even had to work harder considering the lack of care used when it was removed. No surprises, and final cost was even a bit lower then the estimate. I'd definitely call Victorious the next time I have carpet repair needed.

This is the second time that Mark,s company installed carpeting for me. His staff was as competent and professional as they were the first time. When the work was completed Mark called to ensure that I was satisfied.

After the job was completed I asked the workers how to remove a rust stain on the carpet they had previously installed. Despite the fact that I am sure they wished to leave, they did take the time to inspect the stain and offer suggestions as to how to treat it.
