Excellent operation. Emailed for a quote, got the quote and then was given a time for the repair (carpet needed re-stretching). The crew arrived exactly when promised and called ahead to make sure we knew when they were coming. Crew finished the work in short time and asked us to inspect the results. Great job.

Called Mark who responded with measure and quote in 48 hours. Made recommendation about colour and fabric. Two installers showed up on time and did a fabulous job. Worksite was left immaculate. Room looks great.

We had to hire a company that could provide us with a background check and a good conduct certificate. Mark has exceeded our expectations with this project. And was able to provide all requested clearences. Since the decision needed to be thru a board of directors, we needed 3 estimates. Victorious Flooring was the only one that brought up possible unforeseen charges and suggested us to remove the existing flooring prior to decide what we need so a better assessment could be provided. And he was right. We changed our carpeting project to vinyl plank flooring once subfloor was exposed and this saved us from possible complications. Very happy with the result and have no hesitations to recommend Victorious Flooring to any commercial or non-profit organizations.

I needed to relay some carpet that was pulled back following drain work in my basement. My email request was responded to almost immediately with a phone call from Mark. I was able to send pictures of what was needed and get a price and date via email. Everything, including a call letting me know they were on their way, was professional and on time.
